FAIRE GRACE approaches each project through collaboration and craftsmanship. The process begins with a creative consultation, followed by concept development, sourcing, and fittings.
Each garment is developed individually with close attention to silhouette, materials, and hand construction. Pieces are created on a made-to-order basis, inquiries are carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with the studio’s creative direction and availability.
On average, a timeline of 2-4 weeks are needed for creative work/consultation and 4-8 weeks are needed for construction. Completion timelines are confirmed following consultation and design approval.

FAIRE GRACE works with clients both within and outside of New York. Remote consultations and fittings may be arranged through detailed measurements, virtual appointments, and ongoing communication throughout the design process.
For projects requiring in-person fittings or travel, accommodations may be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Travel-related expenses, including transportation and lodging, are coordinated separately and remain the responsibility of the client.

Following design approval and quotation, a 50% deposit is required to begin development and production. Deposits secure project scheduling, sourcing, and material procurement.
The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to final delivery or shipment.
Due to the custom nature of each piece, all deposits are non-refundable once sourcing and production have begun.
